Chef’s Thoughts
This sandwich was born from my love of Nashville hot chicken and a fascination with how bold flavors can evolve through contrast. The discovery of pairing the deep, gently lingering heat of Nashville hot spice with the tang of apple vinegar slaw, sweet bread-and-butter pickles, and a rich hot aioli created a balance that felt both unexpected and familiar. Finished on a crisp Macrina ciabatta, it’s my take on a classic that celebrates heat, acidity, texture, and restraint in every bite. This sandwich has become a fan favorite since being recently introduced to our menu.
