Located only 15 minutes south of Bellevue, the majestic clubhouse is designed to accommodate private gatherings as well as gala events both large and small.
St. Andrews Ballroom
Panoramic views of the Puget Sound and the Cascade Mountains, 18-foot ceilings and an adjoining stone terrace make the St. Andrews Ballroom ideal for your next event. With over 5,000 square feet of elegant space, the St. Andrews Ballroom can accommodate presentations of 560 guests and can also be separated into three different conference breakout rooms for 160 guests each. Fitting with Newcastle’s English Manor theme, wood plantation shutters can be closed to allow for audio-visual presentations.
Prestwick Terrace
This spectacular, year-round tented structure affords stunning panoramic views of the Seattle skyline and offers comfortable accommodations for 250 guests reception style and 180 guests for seated meals. Appointed with full carpet, grand chandeliers, and removable floor-to-ceiling windows, the Prestwick Terrace is the perfect location for your next conference luncheon, company meeting, or evening event.
Muirfield & Boardroom
Located on the second floor of the Clubhouse, the Muirfield is ideal for client dinners up to 70 guests or a presentation for 100 guests. The Muirfield boasts a private balcony with a view of The Rusty Putter putting course, the Coal Creek golf course, and the magnificent Seattle skyline. Just down the hall is our Boardroom, furnished with a mahogany conference table for 10 and a built-in whiteboard.
The Wooly Toad
It’s like your own private sports bar! This premier space is perfect for client entertainment or for relaxing after a day of meetings. The Wooly Toad has a private balcony overlooking the incredible Seattle skyline and also includes leather sofas and English manor-style furnishings, a pool table, a poker table, and its own bar.
The Rusty Putter
Our real-grass putting course is the perfect setting for that much-needed break from a long day of meetings. Relax, socialize, and enjoy the camaraderie and competition that you can add to your corporate meeting, team building, or event. A round of putting can be fun for golfers and non-golfers alike; no golf skill is required! Ask us about adding unique contests or instruction from our PGA Professionals.
