Interested in making Newcastle your home course? Our various membership options allow you to play our two championship courses at the frequency that works for you, along with amenities like priority tee time reservations, 15% off Calcutta Grill, and 10% off Gryphon Golf & Apparel.
Membership plan year starts April 1 and ends March 31.
Membership Plans
Individual Membership
- You choose your monthly dues structure to include three, four or six rounds of golf per calendar month or either twenty-four, thirty-two or forty-eight rounds of golf per plan year at our Coal Creek and China Creek Golf Courses as well as all other Oki Golf public golf courses. Green fees and cart fees included.
- Additional rounds of golf may be played at the member/guest rate throughout the year at Newcastle (at Players Card rates at courses other than Newcastle).
Initiation Fee: $10,000
Range Option: Practice Plan*- $125/month
Monthly Rounds:
- 3 rounds per month – $270/monthly dues
- 4 rounds per month – $362/monthly dues
- 6 rounds per month – $536/monthly dues
Anytime Rounds:
Full annual payment required
- 24 anytime rounds per membership plan year – $3,240/year
- 32 anytime rounds per membership plan year – $4,344/year
- 48 anytime rounds per membership plan year – $6,432/year

Corporate Membership
- Designation of up to four people employed by the corporation.
- Each designee will choose their monthly dues structure to include either three, four or six rounds of golf per calendar month or either twenty-four, thirty-two or forty-eight rounds of golf per calendar year at our Coal Creek and China Creek Golf Courses or any Oki Golf public course. Green fees and cart fees included.
- Additional rounds of golf may be played at the member/guest rate throughout the year at Newcastle (at Players Card rates at courses other than Newcastle).
- The corporate membership plan has the same pricing options as the individual membership plan.
Junior Executive Membership
- You choose your monthly dues structure to include three, four or six rounds of golf per calendar month or either twenty-four, thirty-two or forty-eight rounds of golf per plan year at our Coal Creek and China Creek Golf Courses as well as all other Oki Golf public golf courses. Green fees and cart fees included.
- Additional rounds of golf may be played at the member/guest rate throughout the year at Newcastle (at Players Card rates at courses other than Newcastle).
- Must commit to 1 full plan year.
- Available to individuals 18 to 35 at the time of joining.

Family Membership
- A family is defined as an individual, his or her legal spouse, dependent children under 18 years of age who reside with the individual, and unmarried children between the ages of 18 and 21 who are attending college on a full-time basis and reside either with the individual or on or near their college campus.
- A family will receive a total of six rounds of golf per calendar month or 48 rounds of golf per calendar year to be used at our Coal Creek and China Creek Golf Courses or any Oki Golf public course. Green fees and cart fees included.
- Additional rounds of golf may be played at the member/guest rate throughout the year at Newcastle (at Players Card rates at courses other than Newcastle).
Initiation Fee: $10,000

Monthly Rounds:
- 6 rounds per month – $533/monthly dues
Anytime Rounds:
Full annual payment required
- 48 anytime rounds per membership plan year – $6,432/year
