St. Andrews Ballroom

Panoramic views of Seattle, Bellevue, the Olympic Mountains, and Lake Washington, 18-foot ceilings, and an adjoining stone terrace make the St. Andrews Ballroom the perfect setting for your wedding. With over 5,000 square feet of elegant space, the St. Andrews Ballroom can accommodate up to 350 guests.

Ballroom Patio

Ideal for cocktail hours as well as stunning outdoor ceremonies, our stone terrace offers clear views of the panoramic skyline. It’s the perfect place for photo ops such as a “first look.” The Ballroom Patio offers accommodations for up to 300 guests reception-style.

Prestwick Terrace

This spectacular, year-round tented structure affords stunning panoramic views of the Seattle skyline. Appointed with grand chandeliers and removable floor-to-ceiling windows, the Prestwick Terrace comfortably accommodates 350 guests for ceremony seating and 150 guests for a seated reception.

Bridal Suite & The Wooly Toad

Our fully furnished and elegant bridal suite caters to the modern bride complete with full-length mirrors and picturesque windows. The Wooly Toad provides the ultimate Grooms Quarters with a private balcony, English manor-style furnishings, a pool table, a poker table, a humidor, and its own bar.
